Due to the hygienic nature of hand-decanted perfume samples, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or customer ordering errors.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will gladly review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement or provide an appropriate resolution.
